Inspection & Quality Assurance

Outcome for client

Where applicable, JUFEM carries out or arranges inspection of goods against agreed specifications before shipment, supported by photographic evidence and documented reporting.

Scope of work

  • Product and quantity checks
  • Specification review
  • Packaging and labelling checks
  • Serial-number or batch-number review
  • Certificate and document review

  • Pre-shipment inspection coordination
  • Non-conformance reporting
  • Formal inspection reporting
Scope

A proportionate assurance approach

Not every procurement requirement needs the same level of verification or inspection.

The appropriate scope depends on factors such as product type, value, technical complexity, documentation requirements, supplier risk, counterfeit exposure and delivery arrangements.

JUFEM agrees the scope with the client before work begins and communicates any limitations clearly.

Assurance reduces uncertainty. It does not guarantee absolute certainty or remove the client’s responsibility for the final commercial decision.
